The near total of the telecommunication and networks operators (such as SNCF, Telecom Développement, EDF, France Telecom, Bouygues Telecom, Completel, etc…), and numerous public (State, local communities) or private (industries, companies) main contractors, have recognized and approved Legrand. Our company passed a major turning point of its development in 1996, when the main executives met to ensure its durability, by personally investing in the capital, preferring by this way to keep their independence instead of leaving their firm lose its soul in the anonymity of a group.

Founder René Legrand has been President of the Supervisory Board from 1996 to 2004, and brought his support and experience to the Board of Director, which is composed of Michel Thomas, Michelle Legrand and Alain Legrand, who get down to carry on the task he began almost half a century ago.

Since René Legrand’s death in October 2004, Michel Gros, who was his closest collaborator for more than 40 years, presides over the Supervisory Board today.
